School looking for beeswax

I'm posting this on behalf of my grand daughter at Boulcott School

Hello, we are Room 3 (a year 5 and 6 class) from Boulcott School.

Our school is a silver rated Enviroschool and we have noticed that there has been a lot of rubbish in our playgrounds lately. To cut down on this we have introduced rubbish free lunch boxes but have noticed that a lot of families still use gladwrap plastic. We are on a mission to make our own beeswax wraps - we want to start with one each (there are 27 of us). Once we learn how to make them, we want to teach others in our school how to. We hope this will cut down on the rubbish. We are asking if any beekeepers out there have spare beeswax they would be willing to donate (or sell us at a reduced price). If you think you may have some, please call our teacher Corrina Rayson 021952852. Thank you!

Hi Chris. I have texted Corrina  advising I have raw beeswax (100 gram blocks) for sale at current market rate - $40 per kg. Cheers John
