Club Membership
Your club membership is valid from the 1st June to 31st May each year, with all memberships becoming due for renewal on the 1st June.
New memberships
New memberships that commence after the 1st January in any year, will be valid until the 31st May the following year (ie they will have a period of up to 1 year and 5 months)
2 Months Grace Period
There is a two month grace period beginning on the 1st of June for membership renewal to be completed. After the two month period has passed, then any memberships that have not been renewed will be considered lapsed.
Lapsed Membership
While users with lapsed memberships will still be able to log into the website and contribute to groups etc, they will lose membership privileges. Lapsed memberships can be renewed at any stage in the future.
Renew your membership
To check or renew your membership:
1.
Go to your account page (click on your name in the top right of the screen while logged in).
2.
You will then need to make a payment of the annual membership subscription byone of the methods outlined at the "checkout" (ie bank transfer, cash, or cheque to the treasurer)
3.
You will receive an email acknowledging renewal of your membership when the process has been completed.
